Best app but i wish they make the statement easier from the mobile app .. i cant get the statement from the mobile
Unable to cancel subscription

I am unable to cancel my subscription due to an “error”. Upon checking, it seems that a lot of customers have this issue. They are intentionally making it difficult to cancel your subscription to the point it feels like a scam.They also dont have email customer support and you have to call a US number to get support. Well, i dont have a US number and i am not paying $25 a month to not have email support.I recommend everyone to use free accounting software or anything but quickbooks due to their poor customer support.

QB is excellent accounting software. I have been using it for more than 5 years. I was believing that it is reliable and convenient but I was wrong. Your account can be deactivated anytime and once you ask them they’ll ask for documents and they’ll say that it will resolves in 24-48 hours. Then you’ll face infinite processing time and meaningless emails asking you to rest assured! You are sure then you have paid the wrong people because the damage cannot be imagined. Note: they’ll not provide you exports either.

This program is good for a really tiny small businesses.But when it comes to sending reports to management it is zero; reports will be completely different from each others and when you contact the customer services each one reply on his own no one have an idea about what they are talking about ….
