  • automate to improve security of the publishing process
• usefull "Local AI" level
• one more python-3.13 binaries, as last cycle as the cython-3.30a1 flaw

remark:

• AI also allows to re-establish maintenance of packages of value, helps to fix security
• multi-threading will remain bleeding edge for users in Python-3.15 and mainstream in 3.17
• Local AI hypothesis:
  • Q4 2026 for MainStream Laptops,
  • Q2 2027 for Most Laptops
