[FR] Allow to specify a scheduled time #1659

I would like to reduce preasure on my gitlab which is used during working hours [8am - 6pm]

• specify that the gitlab-connections has to be scheduled between [0am - 3am]
• also select indexed days only (It doesn't matter to index during satursday - sunday)

Is it possible to have a crontab expression to let user specify syncrhonisation ?
