OSError is currently stubbed as:

winerror: intThe CPython TimeoutError subclass of it returned by socket functions will sometimes have errno and strerror None depending on which underlying syscall detected the timeout (select() reporting 0 sockets ready vs something failing with ETIMEDOUT)
