Problem
The switcher file for version 3.10.5, provides a wrong link for version 9 of matplotlib.

Suggested improvement
This can be fixed by adding a redirection folder or creating a folder in the documentation associated with version 9.4 of matplolib.
Another solution is to remove the tag 9.4.
