Right now the PyPI repo only has 3.1.0rc1, which requires the --pre flag to be installed. I have a project that requires the changes made between 3.0.0 and 3.1.0 and I'd like to be able to use python-can directly from pip. Is there a reason to not release the stable version in PyPI?
