bug: cannot deploy pages from tags #678

Describe the bug

Tag "v0.9.3" is not allowed to deploy to github-pages due to environment protection rules.
The deployment was rejected or didn't satisfy other protection rules.

Expected behavior

Additional context
If someone can say me which marks should I turn on or off in settings, would be nice!
