bug: graphframes-connect is not published #639

Describe the bug
For unknown reason, only graphframes subproject is published and for graphframes-connect there was a not informative RuntimeException.

• Publishing CI YAML

To Reproduce
Re-run CI.

Expected behavior
Both projects are published successfully.

I have a feeling that we should puiblish different artifacts in different steps
