0.63.0 -> 0.64.0: UI breaks in demo #6539

Steps to reproduce

um, whatever you do to get the feast demo project = Project(name="feast_poc", description="A project for driver statistics")

then just switch between the two versions and start the UI

I think it's something to do with /api/v1 but not entirely sure! @ntkathole I think is the relevant committer #6414
