Clicking "donate" with no amount triggers JS error #459

1. Go to any page on the infosite
2. Scroll to the donate sidebar widget
3. Without filling in an amount, click the Donate submit button

What should happen: Nothing.

What does happen: Visually nothing, but in the console we get an error about amount.replace (since amount at this point is blank, so replace is undefined).
