AtomCache can't load some older SCOP domains. An example is d1hcy_1 from SCOP 1.71. The structure contains 6 chains, so the '_' is ambiguous. We should use chain A, and print a warning.
Perhaps it would be worth adding an integration test that parses a large number of domains from each version to detect these types of problems.
