Setup is the same as regular terraria with the exception of TModLoader opening via Windows Batch File
The issue is that one controller will be controlling both windows, unless a window has no controller index, in which case it goes unaffected by any controller input (this is as intended).
No matter what indexes are chosen, index 2 always takes priority (again, unless no index is chosen)
Test shots use index 7 because I was making sure the game didn't care what index I used, there is no controller connected to index 7 and the controller connected to index 1 will not work
