Print out correlation-id if mcp tool call failed #195

Describe the Problem

We SAP team uses cloud-sdk for AGW mcp tools call. Sometimes there is failure for mcp tool call, for these cases, we need cloud-sdk to print out correction-id from AGW response header. Then we can use it to search AGW log for investigation.
