Add support for multi-homed and custom DNS resolution. #7

Right now, the DNS resolution checks the hosts file before using whatever adapter the OS sees fit and uses the default DNS host set for that adapter.

All of this should be customizable.

However, it is likely to be extremely rarely customized. So this can be a later milestone.
