[Tabs] Quickly changing selectedIndex property causes glitches #7694

Environment

Describe the bug

Multiple taps on a button which changes Tabs' selectedIndex causes glitches.

To Reproduce

Triple tap on the button from the repro page.

Expected behavior

Multiple taps does not prevent TabContentItem animation to execution.
