[Tabs][iOS]: unable to return to tab after tab with nested frame visited  #7564

Describe the bug
Tab with nested Frame is not completely selected.
setViewControllersDirectionAnimatedCompletion method does not call its completion callback.

To Reproduce
Using nested-frame-navigation -> tabs root (not yet merged) or just use Tabs (2-3 items) with nested frames inside.

1. Go to Teams tab
2. Go back to Players tab - fails

Expected behavior
Should navigate without problems between tabs with either nested Frames or not.
