[BottomNavigation][Android]: crash when selecting tab with no correspondent item  #7526

Describe the bug
App crashes when selecting tab with no relevant content item when there are more tabStripItems than TabContentItems.

To Reproduce
Define more tabStripItems than tabContentItems

Expected behavior
Should be unable to select tabStribItem with no tabContentItem at that index.
