[BottomNavigation][iOS] created dynamically does not show tabstrip #7433

When creating BottomNavigation via code-behind, the TabStrip is not visible (but it is tappable and working - e.g., it changes the selectedIndex and the TabContentItem).

Steps to reproduce:

• Use this sample app or create a BottomNavigation dynamically
• Create and assign a TabStrip to our BottomNavigation component.

As a result, the component will show and work on Android, but on iOS it will not show the tab strip.
